What it does

This toner intensely moisturizes your skin and fortifies your skin's protective barrier. Panthenol retains moisture, prevents loss, and soothes. Ceramide shields against external aggressors, locks in moisture, and reinforces skin defense against dryness. Niacinamide reduces dark spots, redness, and an uneven skin tone.

Directions for Use

After cleansing, apply a moderate amount over the face and pat lightly for better absorption
