Unfortunately, due to the nature of skin care products, we do not accept refunds or returns of any opened items. However, if damaged products are delivered to you, we will accept a request for exchange. For any other unforeseen situations. situations, we will consider refunds on a case by case basis.

No, currently we only ship islandwide within Singapore and Malaysia. If you'd like us to ship to you outside of these locations, please get in touch with us at uncovermyskincare@gmail.com.

We ship all orders from our headquarters in Singapore! We source all our products from trusted suppliers in Korea.

Yes, shipping is free for orders above SGD 60 in Singapore. For orders from Malaysia, there will be a flat shipping fee of RM12.

Q: Do you offer a pick up option?

Yes, for orders in Singapore you can opt for the 'local pickup' option while checking out. We'll reach out to confirm a time that suits you — we can even have your order ready within 1 hour! If you're travelling through Singapore for a short amount of time, you could consider this option.

You should layer your products from thinnest to thickest consistency.

SPF. At the minimum, you need to use a sunscreen daily. This is the last step of a morning skincare routine.

All products sold on our website are 100% authentic and sourced from brand suppliers in Korea and Japan.
