Unfortunately, due to the nature of skin care products, we do not accept refunds or returns of any opened items. However, if damaged products are delivered to you, we will accept a request for exchange. For any other unforeseen situations. situations, we will consider refunds on a case by case basis.

Yes, currently we only ship islandwide within Singapore and to Malaysia. If you'd like us to ship to you in new regions, please get in touch with us at uncovermyskincare@gmail.com.

Q: Where are your products shipped from?

We ship all orders from our headquarters in Singapore! We source all our products from trusted suppliers in Korea.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping is free for orders above SGD 60 for customers in Singapore! However, customers in Malaysia incur a flat rate of MYR20 on all orders.

The Korean skincare routine is a technique of layering different products onto your skin for optimal absorption. It typically involves a day and a night routine with around 10 steps in each. However, the steps can vary based on your skin type and needs. Q: In which order should I layer my Korean skincare products?

You should layer your products from thinnest to thickest consistency.

Q: Which is the one skincare product I should use daily?

SPF. At the minimum, you need to use a sunscreen daily. This is the last step of a morning skincare routine.

Q: Are the products authentic?

All products sold on our website are 100% authentic and sourced from brand suppliers in Korea and Japan.

First, the Uncover selection of skin care products caters to all the important steps of a Korean skin care routine.

Absolutely! All products can be used by anybody!

Q: Are there additional taxes to be paid?

For orders below RM 500 shipped to Malaysia, there should not be any additional cost incurred in terms of taxes. However, in the case that customs charges a sales tax of 5% (as defined by Malaysia customs SST rate for skin care items), this additional will be borne by the customer.
